The 2024 International Urban Forestry Conference (IUFC), commissioned by the Development Bureau (DEVB), convened around 18 global professors and experts to Hong Kong for a multi‑day knowledge exchange.
Our team served as the central project coordinator, managing international communication, hospitality, logistics, and multimedia production to ensure a seamless and professional conference experience for all speakers and attendees.
